Guests

In this section you simply assign guests to the reservation.

In General

For the purposes of administration and registration of your hotel guests it is always necessary to assign all guests to the respective reservation. Guests can be assigned individually by clicking on the "Guest" icon.

After clicking you will see the Guest tab:

In the field "Load by booking or guest" you can select an existing guest or create a new one. All required fields are marked with an asterisk when creating. The Guest box type (child, student, soldier, senior) is used to mark and then remove the guest from the city fee report. After selecting the guest you have to select (for the Foreign Police) the purpose of the stay. You can edit guests by clicking on them in the booking details.

Another and more efficient way to manage your guests is to use the online arrival form. This is automatically sent after the reservation is made, when the guest fills in their information, the system uploads it to the Extranet section Guests. Please contact your account manager to use this service.

Guest reports

Details

In the Details section, you can see all the guest information and you can add practical labels or notes to each guest.

Booked rooms

In the Booked rooms section, on the contrary, all future and past booked guest rooms will be displayed.

Bookings

After clicking on the selected guest in the Bookings section, the system will transfer you to the overall management of the reservation.

Privacy

The Privacy section is used to export information and also to anonymise your guests' data.
