Suppliers

In this section you can set up the supplier or your external service provider.

In General

Suppliers can be understood as providers of your external services. For example, these can be airport transfers, deliveries or room orders for your guests.

Supplier overview

The figure below shows a list of all vendors created for your device.

To create a new supplier, click the 'Add supplier' in the lower right corner. You will then see a new window.

Select your own device in the User field. It is very important to enter your supplier's email in the Notification Email box. This email will be notified of the creation of a new transfer or delivery. If you are creating a new supplier for the needs of transfers, click on Transfers then on YES, but not on Delivery. On the contrary, follow the same logic when creating a supplier for the needs of delivery.
