Easy price adjustment.

In General

The price grid is the starting point for setting the ideal prices for your facility correctly and simply, for even better results.

Overview

In this table you can change prices for individual room types. In the top bar, first select the time and number of days you want to be reflected in the table.

Use the gear icon to adjust the table size, default number of days, view extended version (min or max stay), or highlight weekends.

Each box represents each room type for each day.

The number on the left in the middle is a price that can be changed. Changes must be saved again. The upper number to the right indicates the restriction for that day / period. The bottom number indicates the availability of the room type. For better clarity, grey colours are unavailable, green is available, yellow is restricted and red is closed.

Explanatory notes to color swatches

Individual fields in the "Price Grid" indicate rooms on specific days. Green indicates free room and the ability to make changes.

The yellow colour of the box indicates the restriction set (the upper number of the "fraction").

Gray indicates that the room is unavailable on this date.

Red indicates closed room. Close the room by double-clicking on the appropriate field.

Change the colour shades of boxes.

Individual boxes can change their shades after changing prices. The principle is simple, if you lesser the price for a particular day and on a specific room, the "box" will gradually darken, if it has not yet been sold. This will simply alert you to a possible intervention.

The same principle then works with the price increase price, but the box will gradually start to lighten (until it sells) and you know that it is time for another price change.

Other functions

By right-clicking on a particular box, it displays a menu drop-down.

Turn Robot Off: Disables the restriction robot for a particular day. The Restriction Robot is only available for Expert Plan devices.

Close the room: Closing the room for specific time period.

Close Arrival: The room will close for arrivals.

Close Departure: The room closes for departures.

Disable OTA: Disable booking channels for specific time period.

Change history: In the history, you can easily trace all price changes and the users who made the changes.
