Bill item categories

Set up grouping of individual bill items.

In General

Bill item categories is a set of individual bill items. The object of this set or whole are just individual bill items. We can give you a simple example. If you sell crackers, chips, salty sticks and other snacks, you can create a new category of accounting items called Spicery. This category will then be included in the bill report. It serves for a better overview and registration of goods or services.

Work with bill item categories

After you simply set up your desired categories (using a new window after clicking on the "Add Category" button), all you have to do is pair the relevant Bill items with the categories. To do this, use the "Bill Items" section after clicking on the selected item and selecting the desired category.
