Task types

Easy configuration of your tasks.

In General

Tasks are a great tool for assigning tasks that you know will repeat in the future. For example, continuous cleaning, arrival and departure cleaning. Cleaning is created automatically according to your preferred settings. In case of doubt, please contact your technical advisor who will be happy to assist you.

Set a task type

Task type - cleaning

Set your name, if you want, you can also create a default subject. We choose cleaning as the task type.

Then it is necessary to select the event to which the task will bind - arrival, departure. In other words, if you select an arrival event - the task is automatically created on the date of arrival of the new booking, the same way it is created at departure.

In case of continuous cleaning (in the event field) we will see a new table.

Here you can set the maximum lengths of stay that will be subject to continuous cleaning. For example, if you enter 8 in the number of nights column and 4 in the column, this means that if you book for 8 nights, continuous cleaning is created on the 4th day. You can also specify on which days the continuous cleaning will take place. For example, if you specify that cleaning only takes place on weekdays and not on a weekend, coincidental cleaning will happen just for the weekend - there is the last "Days off" column where you can choose the closest day possible or not even replace it.

This cleaning is then written to the Reception / Cleaning, where you can then filter between the cleaning.

Type task - task

Just like a task type - cleaning, you can create a task type - task. This task will be reflected in the Management / Tasks section.
