Setting up email templates in SE.

In General

You can use pre-set email templates or create your own to make it easier for employees. You can use this saved time for another activity.

Overview of Email templates

On this screen we can see a list of all created email templates.

Creating a new template

To create a new template, click the “Add Template” button on the bottom right. A new window will then appear. You can then simply create a new template in this window. First we choose the Template type if we have more types. In the Name field, select a template name that only the sender will see. You can also create an email subject which has automatically filled in information, such as your arrival or departure date, as well as your booking number (you can find the full list in the right column titled Subject). Similarly, the text of the email can be added, with only a few options. The text must be created in HTML code. Plain text can be translated into HTML code, for example, from a Word document using the Save As: Web page option. htm. It is also possible to select the language for which the email will be sent, this setting can be added using the button on the bottom bar "Add language". Using the button on the bottom bar "Add resource" you can select for which reservation resources the email template is created, then the selected resources will be displayed in the right column within the "Reservation resources" column. Use the "Add Device" button if you have more than one device in Extranet.
