Individual guest lists, clearly divided into three categories.

In General

In the guests section you will find all the necessary information for registering your hotel guests. Clicking on a specific guest opens a new window with the Details, Booked Rooms, Bookings and Privacy tabs.

Guest reports

All guests

A list of all guests who have been entered into the extranet, including those not accommodated, who do not have a reservation assigned. Click on details that you can edit. In the "Booked rooms" tab, there is a list of rooms to which the guest was assigned (resident).

Guests can be easily searched using the "Filter" button, as well as assigning labels to guests according to your preferences and previous choices. This also applies to the other lists below.

Present quest

List of guests currently staying at your facility. You can easily find out when the guest will be accommodated, what room, nationality, etc.

Accommodated guests

List of guests who have already been accommodated in your establishment. It is very easy to retrieve all information about your guests or to anonymize their data.
