Saving and editing

A simple guide on how to store and edit information in Siesta Extranet.

In General

As in other applications, it is necessary to save and edit new or changed information in Siesta Extranet. This process has several levels, which will be described in more detail below.

Overview of editing and saving

When you get to the screen where you create or edit some data, you save all changes with the floppy disk icon in the upper right corner. Close the window without saving.

The second option is to display a "tick" instead of a floppy disk, which means that you have moved down one level when editing on one screen; eg assigning a room when making a new booking. You save the selection of the room with a check mark and save the reservation with the room using the diskette icon.

In cases when saving or canceling are not available, you can go back using the "back" button in the lower right corner.
