Client

In the Client section, you will find tools for managing users and their actions, a list of acquired Siesta Extranets, your billing information and invoices issued for Siesta Extranet.

Users

In the first tab you can see a list of all users who have access to your Siesta Extranet. In the details shown, you have, in addition to registration data, an overview of the user's rights and which Extranet they have access to. Clicking on the row will take you to the user detail, which you can edit or delete. Click the “Add User” button at the bottom right to add more people. In the “Applications” field, select Extranet to choose which the user will have access. Select the permissions according to the user you create the account for. For example, the receptionist will not see Management in the menu, manager will see Management, but not Applications. Set the Extranet language to be displayed to users after login (can be changed later). In the Client field, select your facility. In case the user forgets their password, you can reset the password using the "reset password" button on the user detail.

The second tab, “User tracking” allows you to trace back changes made by users who have access to the application. Details will show you when the event occurred and what the user did. The “Action” column shows the action performed and the “Object” column as it relates. Click on the user event to get a detailed event detail.

Properties

Client properties are the billing information you use.

Invoicing

You will find a list of invoices sent to you for using the Siesta Extranet. You have an overview of whether the invoice was paid, when it was issued / paid and for what amount.
