The Delivery section is used to register all deliveries for your guests. Filter by time: Date from.

Overview of deliveries

In the section 'Delivery' you will find all necessary information regarding deliveries for your guests.

Before creating new deliveries, you need to define bill items and suppliers. For detailed setup instructions, see the link below:

Create a new delivery

Creating a new delivery is possible in the delivery tab and on the detail of the booking. Click on the button in the bottom right corner and add the delivery. In a new window, fill in everything needed, the time of delivery, supplier, room and account. If you do not see an account, you have not selected the appropriate supplier. If you do not see any items in your selection, it means that the selected vendor has no items assigned.

After the delivery has been saved, the system will automatically send an email to the vendor with the delivery information. If the delivery is canceled or modified, the supplier will also receive a notification.
